Hotels.com Charged Me Without Refund After I Canceled My Reservation
I wanted to make a hotel reservation for July on 04.03.2025 through Hotels.com. When I entered my card information to view the installment options, the money was immediately deducted from my account. When I reflexively clicked cancel, I found out that the money was not refunded. I tried to contact customer service through both the website and the app, but I could not get through to anyone. I even sent an email, hoping for a quick response, but I still have not received any feedback. It is frustrating to feel like my money is lost and that I have no support from Hotels.com. I want my money back or the reservation to be reactivated as soon as possible.
