Camsurf App Not Working on Samsung Galaxy A34 5G

For the last two days the Camsurf application has not been working at all on my Samsung Galaxy A34 5G phone. When I try to use the app, it simply does not work and I cannot use the service in any way. I request that you check this issue urgently, make the Camsurf app fully compatible and working on my Samsung Galaxy A34 5G, and provide me with a clear response and a complaint/incident reference number regarding this problem.
