Samsung Refrigerator Stops Cooling and Emits Foul Odor After 18 Months

My Samsung refrigerator, which I have been using for about 1.5 years, has failed to cool in both the upper and lower compartments for the past 15 days despite having electricity, and an extremely unpleasant odor has developed inside. I purchased the product from the Samsung store in the Metrogarden Shopping Center, and it is still currently under warranty.

Regarding this issue, I spent about 10 days speaking with Samsung customer service, but a service appointment was only scheduled for Friday, the 4th. On top of that, a $38 "diagnostic fee" was requested for my appliance, which is fully under warranty. My frustration has increased significantly due to both the long delay in scheduling an appointment and the demand for an inspection fee on a product covered by warranty.

I demand that Samsung thoroughly inspect my refrigerator, completely eliminate the odor, and permanently resolve the cooling problem. If the issue cannot be definitively resolved through repair, I request that the appliance be replaced with a brand-new unit. I ask for the cancellation of the $38 diagnostic fee demanded for my warranted product and request that this process be finalized as quickly as possible without further delay.
