I Am Demanding İncehesap Replace Defective Ryzen 9 9900X and RX 9070 XT PC Build

In April 2026, I purchased a custom-built OEM desktop computer from İncehesap.com (Order No. 3761136), featuring an AMD Ryzen 9 9900X processor and a Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. From the very first day of delivery, the system has suffered from continuous freezing, severe stuttering, and unexpected power shutdowns.

When I initially reported these defects, customer support misdiagnosed the issue as a memory shortage and advised me to purchase additional RAM at my own expense. Adding extra RAM completely failed to resolve the problem. Subsequently, the system was submitted to authorized service twice under Service Records 553497 (June 2026) and 549174 (July 2026), remaining in service for approximately one month during each instance. On both occasions, İncehesap returned the unit claiming no defect was found.

This claim directly contradicts documented evidence:

A video-recorded installation conducted by a professional technician confirmed immediate freezing upon initial startup following the first service return.

An İncehesap support representative (R*** Bey) accessed the machine remotely, personally witnessed the stuttering and freezing, and applied temporary adjustments, which failed after merely two hours.

Comprehensive video footage submitted directly to İncehesap clearly documents ongoing system crashes, freezing, and spontaneous power-offs.

Despite nearly five months of ownership dominated by continuous service cycles and total unusable downtime, İncehesap has failed to identify the failing hardware component or provide a permanent technical solution.

Under statutory consumer protection regulations regarding defective merchandise, I refuse to accept further inconclusive service inspections. I demand that İncehesap acknowledge the defective state of Order No. 3761136 and immediately execute a complete product replacement with a brand-new, defect-free system of equivalent hardware specifications.
