OmeTV "Do Not Meet Requirements" Error on iPhone

I am 19 years old and I am trying to use OmeTV from my current iPhone, but the application keeps telling me that I do not meet the requirements to use the service. My Argentine DNI number is 48.025.250 and it clearly shows that I am 19 years old. Previously, I was able to use OmeTV on another iPhone (iPhone 11) without any problem related to age or requirements. This issue started the day before yesterday, when I first tried to access OmeTV from my current iPhone, and since then I have not been able to use the service. I request that my age be reviewed and correctly verified based on my official DNI, and that my access to OmeTV be restored on this iPhone. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the system is blocking me despite the fact that I am over the required age.
