I Can’t Reach Support on Hotels.com and I Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I booked a reservation through Hotels.com, expecting a professional experience from a globally known platform. Unfortunately, what I encountered was nothing but frustration and disappointment. The site appears to be managed entirely by AI systems, and there is absolutely no way to reach a real human for support.

I requested a refund for a reservation, but there has been zero communication or assistance. I’ve tried every possible way to contact customer service—emails, help forms, even chat options—and still couldn’t get in touch with anyone who could help. It’s as if there’s no one behind the system at all.

It is completely unacceptable for a company handling people’s money to be so unreachable. I demand my refund be processed immediately. I also strongly warn others—do not use Hotels.com for your bookings unless you’re prepared to deal with a service that offers no accountability, no communication, and no customer support.
