Hotels.com Booking Disaster and No Refund

I booked my trip to Sapanca through Hotels.com. The day before my trip, I called the accommodation I'd booked, and they told me they didn't work with Hotels.com, hadn't received any reservation requests, and that they were already fully booked for the dates I booked. They also explained that since they weren't working with Hotels.com, they wouldn't be able to process my payment. Therefore, they told me I needed to contact Hotels.com to cancel my reservation and request a refund. They explained that I could cancel the reservation through Hotels.com and get my money back immediately. I went to Hotels.com and tried to contact them. I couldn't find a contact number or an online representative to explain the situation. Then I canceled the reservation through the website. I received an email saying, "Your reservation has been canceled, but no refund is available." I've wasted my money and I can't get a refund. When I call the hotel, they claim the issue isn't theirs. I can't find any contact information on Hotels.com. A total of ₺26,999.98 of my money was wasted. I will be reporting this to Consumer Rights, and I will also be sharing my experience on social media.
