I got a washer and dryer from Hoover. Before a year had even passed, it broke down, and the serviceman arrived. The part was supposed to arrive from Eskişehir, but it's been a month. After a month, the component finally came after repeated calls to them. The technician had previously indicated they would, but now they are unable to arrive at this time. We are instructed to take time off of work. Customer support told me they may come on the weekend when I called them. They don't seem to care at all that I've already waited for a month and can wait for another week. The service is awful, the appliances are broken, and to top it all off, they even attempt to upsell you on more components. I will return the appliance, never purchase Hoover products again, and take this issue to the Consumer Court.
