Hoover Dryer Continuous Malfunctions and Poor Service

I've been deceived by Hoover's dryer washing machine's promise of efficient drying, but since I bought it, I've been constantly facing issues. They come, fix the drying, then mess up the washing. They fix the washing, then the drying goes wrong. Finally, my washing machine broke down just before the holiday, and it took them until after the holiday to fix it, nearly a month later. They assured me they did a thorough job and that there would be no more problems. Just recently, on the 16th of the month, a Tuesday, they brought it, installed it, and left. Yet again, it got stuck with the same issue, constantly malfunctioning. I've been exhausted from constantly calling for service, tired of being left stranded. My laundry is piling up everywhere. It's a complete disaster. I don't recommend it to anyone; I urge you to think carefully and make a wise decision so you don't end up like me, frustrated and disappointed.
