I can't believe the level of incompetence from Hoover's customer service and service center. Just five months ago, I purchased a washing machine that started beeping incessantly and displaying jumbled numbers on the front panel during wash cycles. Then, in the middle of the night, the machine's drum started spinning on its own. A week later, strange noises began emanating from the machine during the spin cycle. The paddles came loose, and the front panel malfunctioned. Is this some kind of joke? I used an A**** machine for 13 years, and it only broke down four times. This five-month-old Hoover machine is a disaster. The service technician even mentioned that they receive numerous complaints about this particular model. I wish they had warned me before I installed it. I'm embarrassed that I wasted my money on this. It's been 35 days, and they still haven't fixed it. They said they would open a case and come within three days, but it took them 15 days to arrive and replace two parts. Can you believe they said, "Oops, the front panel doesn't work"? When the first technician saw it wasn't working, we clearly told them. Now they claim we never mentioned it. We were promised a visit in three days to order the part, but it's been 16 days and they still haven't come. We contacted customer service, and they said they would get back to us, but we've called them countless times with no response. The Hoover service center in Maltepe either doesn't answer the phone or hangs up, claiming the part hasn't arrived. Can't they deliver a part in 16 days? I've asked for a temporary replacement machine because I'm in a difficult situation, but they won't provide one. Today alone, I've called four times, and all they say is that they'll get back to me. It's been 35 days without a working machine in my house. And the audacity of the woman at customer service to claim they came on May 8th and it hasn't been 35 days yet. We opened the case, and they said they would come within three days. They came 15 days later, promising to replace the part and the front panel. It was May 8th, and I have the paper with the date. I told them it has been 16 days since May 8th, but they just don't understand. As a pregnant woman with a child going to school, I've been left with 35 days of laundry piling up. And to top it off, they're demanding money for the paddles. I won't pay. We deeply regret purchasing from you. I will make sure to write everywhere and file a complaint with Consumer Rights. I used an A**** machine for 13 years, and not once did the paddles break. They didn't cause us any trouble. I wish I hadn't given you my AA machine. I wish we never had to deal with you.
