Defective Hoover Drying Machine and Poor Service



I bought a Hoover dryer from Hepsiburada, a Turkish online marketplace, but there was a problem with it. I called the service within the 15-day return window, but the items did not come when they said they would. When the serviceman finally came, he broke a part while trying to fix it. After waiting for 5–6 days, they finally brought the replacement part, but it didn't fix the problem, and the same problem kept happening. Also, the part they put in was forced and bent, as you can see in the photo and video attached. When I asked for a return, I was told I couldn't because the 15-day return period had passed. However, this was because their service was late. Even though we changed the part, the problem is still there, and we can't use the product. I want Hepsiburada and their service provider, Beşel Teknik-Ferhat B****, to give me back the product, or I will take them to court.
