When HeyCash has technical errors and does not allow you to redeem rewards, the most useful approach is to file a claim with evidence and contact support through the correct channels. Here are practical steps:

• Error screenshots: save screenshots of the error when trying to redeem (error message, disabled button, or interrupted transaction).

• Check updates: make sure you have the latest version of the app installed, as many errors are resolved with updates.

• In-app support: go to Menu → Support → Reward issues. Attach the screenshots and describe the error.

• Official email: write to [email protected] with the subject Technical error when redeeming rewards. Include your username, device, date of the attempt, and the screenshots.

• Request confirmation: ask for a case number and an estimated timeframe for the fix.

• Payment method: if the redemption involved PayPal, a card, or a gift card, also contact the provider to check whether the transaction is pending.
