HeyCash Walmart Gift Cards Marked Done But Codes Never Received

I have been an active HeyCash user for at least a year, regularly completing surveys on my devices and carefully collecting points. I reached around 1,500 points and redeemed them for three separate $5 Walmart gift cards, for a total of $15. Each time I redeemed, it was through the “redeemed” section in the app, as I had done successfully before. However, on the first of these three cards the screen froze, and then the gift card immediately showed as “done,” even though no card or code was ever delivered to me. I then tried the second and third $5 Walmart cards, hoping they would appear correctly, but they were also marked as “done” without any card or code ever reaching me. This problem occurred about 2–3 weeks ago. For previous redemptions, I had received my rewards without any issues, so this sudden change is very upsetting. I have also tried to contact HeyCash through the app, and it showed “message sent,” but I have never received any reply or follow‑up from support. There was no reference number or explanation, and I still do not have the three Walmart gift cards or my points back. I have spent a lot of time and effort honestly completing surveys and using HeyCash as intended, and I would like my long‑term, good‑faith usage to be recognized. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed carefully, that I be trusted in what I am explaining, and that a solution be provided. I am asking either for the three $5 Walmart gift cards (a total of $15) to be reissued to me or for the equivalent points to be returned to my account. I would also appreciate a clear response from customer support so that I know my problem has been taken seriously and resolved.
