Missing And Not Credited Heycash Reward
I use Heycash regularly and usually receive my rewards and confirmation emails within a minute. However, my last three rewards have not been credited to my account, and I have also stopped receiving emails from the platform. Two of these rewards were completed on 22 November 2025, and the most recent one was completed a few minutes before I wrote this complaint. These three missing rewards consist of two rewards of 10 USD and one reward of 1 USD. Despite completing them successfully as I always do, nothing has been added to my balance and I did not receive any confirmation emails for them. In addition to this, I have not been receiving any emails from Heycash at all since around November 2025, even though I used to get them regularly before. I do not know how to contact Heycash support directly, so I am explaining the situation here. I request that my account be checked, my missing rewards of 10 USD, 10 USD and 1 USD for these recent completions be credited, and my email notifications be restored so I can continue to receive confirmations and updates as before.
