Hey Cash Account Restricted With Earnings Withheld

I am writing regarding my Hey Cash account, which was suddenly restricted in November 2025 while I am using the service in Canada. Along with this restriction, 35 dollars of my earned balance was withheld without any explanation. Since the restriction, I have repeatedly tried to contact Hey Cash support, but my messages have been ignored and I have not received any response, email, notification, or in‑app message explaining the reason for this action. My funds have remained blocked for months without any communication. I request that my withheld 35 dollars in earnings be paid to me without further delay, and that Hey Cash clarify why my account was restricted in the first place. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and my balance to be released.
