Heycash Did Not Deliver Credits After I Paid and Completed the Offer

I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with Heycash credits that I purchased and earned but never received. Over a month ago, on February 10th, I requested credits through Heycash in two different games, Wasteland and Fortress Merger, while playing from the United States. For one of these offers, I paid $4.99 via Visa, and for the other, I completed many levels in another game as required. Despite fulfilling the conditions and making the payment, the credits were never deposited into my game accounts. Since then, more than a month has passed, and I have not received any update, explanation, or solution. I have sent many emails to Heycash and have not heard anything back in over a month, which is very disappointing and makes this situation even more frustrating. With this complaint, I request that my missing credits be immediately delivered to my accounts, that my $4.99 Visa payment be refunded if the credits cannot be provided without further delay, and that I receive a proper response from support explaining why this issue has been ignored for so long. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved promptly.
