HeyCash Still Has Not Paid My $10 Survey Earnings After Months

I have been using the HeyCash survey site for a long time, and since the end of November, I have been waiting for the $10 payment that I rightfully earned. Even though I requested my payout through Visa, no payment has been made despite all this time passing.

I sent a support message through the system, but I have not received any response so far. No technical explanation has been provided, and no information has been shared about when the process will be completed. Because of this, I have been left frustrated and my trust in the site has been seriously damaged.

I request that the $10 reward I earned be deposited into my Visa account in full as soon as possible without any excuses, and that I receive clear and transparent information about the status of my payment.
