I am a Heycash user in the United States, and I am having an ongoing problem with cashing out my reward balance through the Heycash app. About three days ago, after I completed a purchase reward, the app credited the reward to my account, but when I tried to cash it out, I received a technical error message, and the reward button stopped working. This issue is specifically affecting my $5 cash‑out from a purchase reward, and I also have additional money in my Heycash balance that I should be able to withdraw, but cannot because of the same problem. I contacted Heycash support through the app and was told that the issue had been fixed and that I should be able to cash out, but nothing changed on my side, and the error still appears. Since then, I feel I have been given excuses instead of an effective solution. Because I was not getting proper help in the app, I even had to write a public review on the Android app store, after which I received an email response, but no ticket or reference number was provided, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that my account be checked in detail, the technical error preventing my cash‑out be permanently fixed, and my $5 purchase reward and the rest of my available balance be released so that I can successfully cash out without further delays.
