HeyCash Account Restricted After Reaching My Balance

I am requesting a manual compliance review of my HeyCash account and the removal of what appears to be an automated, unjustified restriction on my profile. After my balance reached €8.50 around March, my account behavior changed completely. Every single survey on my dashboard now results in an instant screenout or disqualification within about one second of clicking, which makes it impossible for me to use the platform or earn anything further. At the same time, my existing balance of €8.50 cannot be withdrawn, it doesn't do anything at all when I press claim When I checked the browser network logs on the rewards claim endpoint (/api/rewards/claim), the server returned a “422 Unprocessable Content” error that explicitly references a restriction tied to my user_id, with the following response: {"message": "Technische fout, neem contact op met ondersteuning", "errors": { "user_id": ["Technische fout, neem contact op met ondersteuning"] }} My account was briefly reviewed when I reached €8.50 and was then unlocked, but since then this “ghost-ban” behavior has effectively made my account unusable. I have never received any warning, suspension notice, or explanation from HeyCash, and I have not committed any terms of service violations. I have tried to resolve this through your official channels multiple times. I have submitted approximately eight requests through the in-app support forms, none of which have received a response. I have also tried to contact you on social media around four times, but my attempts were ignored and my accounts were blocked instead of the issue being addressed. My HeyCash account email is: aurichm***@gmail.com. In light of the above, I am asking that a corporate-level administrator manually access my user profile, remove any false fraud or restriction flag associated with my user_id, stop the automated survey screenouts, and allow me to withdraw my legitimately earned balance of €8.50. I simply want to receive the money I have already earned and be able to use the platform normally again.
