Heycash App Refuses to Credit High-Value Survey and Game Task Rewards

I am filing a formal complaint regarding my Heycash account (User ID: Xnozıo). I utilize the Heycash platform to earn reward points by completing offerwall tasks and mobile game milestones. While the platform system accurately tracks and credits low-tier, low-value rewards, it systematically fails to credit high-value milestones that require substantial time and effort.

Upon completing all required high-level milestones in strict compliance with the offer terms—including maintaining a new-user status and avoiding any resets to my device advertising ID—the corresponding reward points were withheld. When I submitted a support ticket through the application, the support team issued a generic, automated response stating: "Your progress could not be tracked."

It is technologically inconsistent for the tracking system to monitor initial low-reward progression seamlessly, only to claim an inability to track once high-reward thresholds are achieved. Withholding earned compensation after a user fulfills task requirements constitutes deceptive practices and unfair treatment.

I demand an immediate manual review of account Xnozıo, manual verification of my completed game milestones, and the prompt crediting of all missing high-reward points to my balance.
