I participated in surveys on the HeyCash app and earned a total of $20. On December 15, I requested a payout for my reward. However, about two hours later, I received an in-app notification stating that my account had been restricted due to response quality and that I would never receive surveys again. In addition, the $20 I earned was never paid out to me.
I spent a significant amount of time completing the surveys and answered the questions carefully and honestly. Despite this, my account was suddenly blocked from receiving any surveys, and the $20 reward I rightfully earned was withheld, which has left me feeling unfairly treated.
I contacted HeyCash through the app and explained the situation in detail, sending a message similar to the one I am writing here. However, I have not received any response so far. I was also not given any clear explanation or evidence regarding the claim about poor response quality, and my account remains restricted without justification.
For this reason, I request that my survey account be reviewed, that my account access be restored if the restriction was applied unfairly, and most importantly, that the $20 reward I earned by completing surveys be paid to me in full.
