Negligence, Wrong Size Shipment, and Poor Customer Service at H&M

I bought a T-shirt from the H&M website. My order number was 5151*****11. They sent me the wrong size, which is a shame. I sent an email to H&M's customer service asking for an exchange. After three days, customer service sent me a generic message that told me how to return the product. If I send back the wrong-sized item and place a new order, I'll have to pay shipping twice, which will cost me time and money. Instead of saying they're sorry for making a mistake, the company seems to have no interest in the situation at all. It's annoying that they made a mistake and I have to pay for it both in time and money.
