H&M Sent the Wrong Color Twice – Paid Higher Price for Second Order
Three weeks ago, I ordered a product from H&M’s website, but they sent the wrong color. When I reordered, I had to pay a higher price due to a price increase. Today, the second order arrived, and once again, they sent the wrong color. When I called customer service, they simply told me to return it, but now the item is out of stock. I don’t want to reorder because there’s no guarantee they won’t send the wrong color again. This is incredibly frustrating, and I didn’t expect this from a brand like H&M. Please resolve this issue properly!
