H&M Won't Refund My Return - 3 Failed Attempts

On April 22nd, I ordered a dress from your online store, but you sent me the wrong product. I immediately returned it, but it was sent back to me because "no order number was found." This is completely unacceptable.

I spoke with a customer representative, who created a file for my case. I sent the product for return a second time, and it was again returned to me with the same excuse. Then, I sent it for a third return, and this time they claimed the "return period had expired"! Of course, the return period expired – because each failed return involved a lengthy shipping process, all due to H&M's mistakes.

I am a victim of the terrible communication between customer service and your warehouse. I've now sent the product for return a fourth time. H&M, you need to accept my return and process my refund now! If this return isn't accepted this time, I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Rights Association
