I returned an item that didn't fit, but they keep sending it back to me. I bought this product directly from their main website, trusting that H&M was a reputable and reliable company, yet they're constantly rejecting my returns with absurd excuses.
First, they claimed there was no invoice, even though printing it isn't my responsibility. Then, they sent it back again, citing a "stain" or a "torn product bag." This is outrageous! I sent the item back perfectly clean and completely undamaged. The "stain" they mentioned was a tiny bit of dust on the sleeve, and the bag was only slightly worn from shipping. It's truly astonishing that a huge company like H&M would put a customer through such a ridiculous and drawn-out process.
H&M, you need to process my refund immediately! Stop these baseless rejections and return my money now. I will continue to pursue this complaint until my refund is issued.
