PancakeSwap Transaction Pending and Funds Not Delivered
On January 25, 2026, at 10:17 PM, I initiated a transfer of approximately $30,300 from my cold wallet to my Binance account (TRY balance) via the TRC20 network. However, even after two days, the transaction is still showing as “pending,” and the funds have not been credited to my Binance account.
When I contacted Binance support, they informed me that the transaction was not visible on their end and advised me to contact PancakeSwap. However, I have not been able to find any live support channel or direct contact at PancakeSwap, so I have been unable to obtain any information about my transaction.
Under normal circumstances, transfers like this are completed within seconds. The fact that such a large amount has been pending for two days has caused me serious financial and emotional distress. I request that PancakeSwap urgently investigate this transaction and ensure that my funds are transferred to my Binance account in full without further delay.
