H&M Fails to Refund My Payment, Customer Service Nonexistent: Urgent Complaint

H&M's failure to refund my payment for the returned items. It has been four days, and I have yet to receive my refund. What's more concerning is the complete lack of response from their customer service department. They're not picking up my calls, and I can't seem to find anyone to help me out with my problem. Hey, I really need someone to hit me up ASAP. I am a victim of this situation, as the items have been in their possession for four days, yet they still haven't processed my refund. Man, the customer service at H&M is seriously lacking any sense of responsibility. It's got me super angry, I paid for three items, all charged immediately. This one way pace is driving me crazy!
