I placed an order with H&M on March 12 (Order No: 10058683463), but without any explanation or approval from me, the seller canceled my order. I was not informed or given a reason. What’s worse is that the same items are now listed at much higher prices on the website.
I purchased those products during a promotion, and now I’m being left without the items I bought in good faith—while H&M profits from increasing the price afterward. I find this completely unfair and unacceptable.
I demand that H&M honor the original prices at which I ordered the items and deliver them to me accordingly. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be taking legal action and filing an official complaint in court for the financial loss and inconvenience caused. Customers deserve transparency and accountability—not silent cancellations.
