Trust Wallet Transaction Hash Shows Success but Funds Gone

After completing a swap transaction through my Trust Wallet, $150 disappeared from my account. I used the built-in swap feature within Trust Wallet to exchange coins. The transaction was confirmed, but when I checked my wallet balance afterward, I noticed that my funds were missing.
I performed the swap directly within Trust Wallet and did not transfer the funds to any external address. However, after the transaction, neither the new coin I was supposed to receive appears in my wallet nor does my original balance remain. In other words, the $150 has completely disappeared following the swap.
I have the transaction ID (TxID/Hash) details and can provide them for review if requested. I am asking Trust Wallet to thoroughly investigate this swap transaction and refund the $150 that was unjustly lost from my account.
