Trust Wallet Security Breach and Refund Request
On February 9, 2026, at approximately 10:19 AM, 652 TRX (approximately $242) was withdrawn from my Trust Wallet account by an application called Cryptomine without my knowledge or authorization. I did not provide any approval, password, verification code, or any other form of consent for this transaction.
After experiencing this unauthorized transaction, I attempted to reach Trust Wallet’s live support channels but was unable to contact anyone or receive any assistance. This is an extremely sensitive issue in terms of both security and financial loss, and I expect urgent action to be taken.
I request that this unauthorized transaction of 652 TRX be reversed and fully refunded to me. I also demand that my account be thoroughly reviewed for security vulnerabilities and that necessary measures be implemented to prevent a similar incident from occurring again.
