Trust Wallet Recovery Problem Without Backup Phrase

I have been using my Trust Wallet account for a long time, but after resetting my phone to factory settings, I lost access to it. I reinstalled the app, but I cannot access my old wallet. I had approximately $15 worth of TRX in my wallet. I know my TRX wallet address, yet I still cannot regain access.
When I first set up the wallet, I simply created a password and started using it. I did not complete any backup process, save a 12-word recovery phrase, or take similar precautions. It has been about 24 hours since I reset my phone to factory settings, and I have not been able to access my account since then.
I am requesting clear and direct guidance from the Trust Wallet team on how I can regain access to the funds in my TRX wallet. I am seeking assistance to restore access to my account or, if possible, recover my lost balance. Since I have not been able to reach any authorized representative so far, I am filing this complaint and asking that my issue be resolved.
