I bought a bag called Aviana from the store at Trabzon Forum on January 23, 2023. Because it's winter, I didn't have many opportunities to use the product. Yesterday, when I grabbed the bag, I saw that the leather was coming off. The store manager said the product includes a 6-month warranty. I work in this field and am well-versed in consumer rights. I'm the customer service manager at Trabzon Dinamik Oto Borusan BMW. The bag's price has increased from ₺2,981 to approximately ₺5,000. Why would a product lose its value in just a year and after only being used 4-5 times? I insist on receiving a replacement for the product to ensure customer satisfaction. If this continues, I'll have to take it up with the Consumer Arbitration Board and let everyone know not to recommend the product because of the brand's poor support.
