Guess Aviana Bag Quality Issue
I bought a bag called Aviana from the store at Trabzon Forum on January 23, 2023. Because it's winter, I didn't have many opportunities to use the product. Yesterday, when I grabbed the bag, I saw that the leather was coming off. The store manager said the product includes a 6-month warranty. I work in this field and am well-versed in consumer rights. I'm the customer service manager at Trabzon Dinamik Oto Borusan BMW. The bag's price has increased from ₺2,981 to approximately ₺5,000. Why would a product lose its value in just a year and after only being used 4-5 times? I insist on receiving a replacement for the product to ensure customer satisfaction. If this continues, I'll have to take it up with the Consumer Arbitration Board and let everyone know not to recommend the product because of the brand's poor support. No one called during the day, just like how I couldn't reach customer service during their working hours... It's not at all pleasant for a global brand to disregard customer satisfaction after sales.
On 17.03.2024, I delivered the product to the store for inspection. Friends who use the same product have experienced the same issue but did not consider returning it because it is a dark color, which clearly indicates it is a product-related issue. I will rate it based on the inspection results from the brand, so I will not evaluate it at this time.
