I Can’t Get Mango Bag Repaired Despite 3-Year Warranty and Customer Support Promises

I purchased a Mango handbag in July 2024, and now—just a little over a year later—the strap has completely detached. I went to the Mango store at Trabzon Forum AVM to request a warranty inspection, but the staff refused to accept the product, claiming it had been more than 6 months since purchase.
This directly contradicts what Mango Customer Service told me: that I could bring the item to any store within 3 years for review. Despite explaining this and insisting on my right to a warranty inspection, the store manager refused to take the item back. I even waited two hours in the store, asking for an urgent callback from customer support—but I received no response.
To make things worse, I live in Gümüşhane, where there is no Mango store. I traveled all the way to Trabzon just to resolve this issue, only to leave empty-handed. My entire day was wasted, and I feel completely let down by the brand.
If a product is sold with a 3-year warranty, why does a store arbitrarily decide not to honor it? I am demanding that Mango accept my bag for inspection and fix this issue promptly. Stop passing responsibility around—respect your customers and your own warranty terms.
