I Face Strap Peeling and Leather Damage on Samsonite Shoulder Bag
I purchased a Samsonite shoulder bag from the Hilltown store. I did not use the bag at all during the winter and only started using it this summer. However, about one month ago, I noticed that the strap began to peel and the leather started to flake off.
Yesterday, I took the bag to the IstinyePark store. The store staff contacted Samsonite customer service on my behalf, but I was told that no solution could be provided. This response was very disappointing, especially considering the brand’s reputation for durability and quality.
When I purchased the bag, I paid around ₺2,500–₺3,000. Although I no longer have the receipt or warranty card, I believe the product should still be registered in the system. I am requesting that my bag be repaired or replaced under warranty. I expect Samsonite to take responsibility and resolve this issue quickly, as I purchased this bag precisely because of its quality and long-lasting promise.
