Beymen Bottega Bag Peeling In Three Months - Refund Request Rejected

In June 2024, I purchased a mink Bottega bag from Beymen store on June 26 and paid ₺179,950 for it. I used the bag no more than 10 times, yet within approximately 2–3 months the leather began to peel. For a product in this price range and segment, this situation surprised and deeply disappointed me. After noticing the peeling, I submitted the bag to Beymen store for inspection twice in a row and was left without my bag for nearly a month in total during this period. However, both inspection requests were rejected with the explanation that it was “customer error.” No written document or report was provided to me; I was only verbally informed by the store staff. I find it unacceptable that a luxury product sold at this price level is not supported under warranty and that the entire fault is attributed to the customer without any customer-oriented solution being offered. I had clearly requested either a replacement with a non-defective product or a refund of the ₺179,950 I paid for a bag that started peeling within three months, but my request was denied and my grievance was not remedied. I believe Beymen does not stand behind this product and that a customer-friendly approach was not adopted during the review process. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible, that a non-defective Bottega bag be provided or my payment be refunded. If necessary, I would like to state that I am prepared to pursue my legal rights regarding this matter.

Don't trust Beymen and never buy an expensive bag; it ends up stuck in your hands.
