On November 9, 2022, I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger bag from Boyner, and within a year, it showed signs of deformation. Seeking resolution, I submitted the product for testing, and the outcome was positive - I was informed that I could either return or exchange the item. However, the predicament unfolded when I discovered that the bag, initially bought for ₺895, is now priced at ₺2750. Although the stores have the product in stock, the company refuses to provide a replacement since the current series doesn't include the 2022 production, which is the one I own.

In a bizarre turn, they insist that if I wish to get a 2023 version, I must pay the difference. This is problematic given the inflation disparity in our country. I've already surrendered my original bag, and I deeply regret it. Now, with the offered ₺895, I can barely afford socks from the same brand. I urge Tommy Hilfiger for assistance in resolving this matter.
