Calvin Klein Bag Leather Peeling Before 1 Year – Warranty Complaint

In May 2025, I purchased a Calvin Klein Sculpted crossbody bag through Trendyol. I have only used the bag six times in total, and before even a year passed, by August, the leather began peeling at the seam near the zipper area. I received and used the product at Şehit M** B** Street, Kütahya city center.

After noticing the issue, I contacted Calvin Klein customer service and also sent an email through their website, but I was told that they could not offer a solution. I then reached out to Trendyol, but they also did not provide any assistance or guidance. Despite the product being under warranty, my issue remains unresolved.

I request that my Calvin Klein bag be replaced under warranty and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
