Trendyol Sold Me Defective Shoes and Refused to Accept the Return
I bought a pair of shoes on April 3, 2025, through Trendyol, and I truly regret the experience. After just a few wears—maybe the third or fourth time—I noticed a clear manufacturing defect. The structure felt off, and it was obvious something was wrong with the build. I sent the shoes back, hoping for a fair resolution, but to my shock, Trendyol rejected the return, claiming the item couldn’t be resold. That’s precisely the issue—it can’t be resold because it’s defective! I can’t believe I paid ₺6,400 for a product that fell apart after minimal use. Instead of standing behind the quality of the items they sell, they’re making excuses. I feel deceived and will absolutely think twice before trusting this platform again.
