Guess Customer Service Delays My Bag Return

I ordered a bag for a gift from Guess.eu, but unfortunately, the delivery took an eternity, and the purpose was defeated. The product arrived on August 18. As soon as it arrived, I generated a return code, and it was said to be picked up at my address. Today, on October 20, the bag is still in my possession – no pick-up, no resolution. How many times have I contacted customer service, yet they couldn't process a simple return? They kept saying DHL would come, but no sign of DHL. You are preventing me from exercising my right to return the product. Your business is poorly managed, and the people claiming to be customer service lack competence!
