On September 2, 2024, I placed an order through the Guess online store. My order was shipped via DHL from Germany on September 3, 2024. However, as of October 24, 2024, I have yet to receive the package.
I contacted customer service on October 14, 2024, and was assured that I would receive a response within seven days. More than seven days passed, and no one reached out. When I contacted them again, I was told I could only receive a refund instead of the product. Worse, if I wanted the item, I would have to reorder it at the updated, higher price.
This delay of over 50 days, coupled with poor communication and lack of a solution, has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I demand that Guess resolve this issue promptly and deliver my original order at the initial price without further delays.
