My Growtopia account named “Gigerislaw”, which I use on the Android app, was suddenly banned at 9:39 AM without any prior warning, even though I have never used any third-party software. The stated reason for the ban was third-party program usage, but this is completely false. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I have never received any warnings before.

Regarding this matter, I contacted the Growtopia support team, and I was informed that I would receive a response within 48 hours. There have been no in-app purchases made on my account.

I believe that my account was banned unfairly. I am requesting that my account be reinstated and that an apology be issued for this situation. The email address linked to my game account is g*******@gmail.com**.
