I play Growtopia on PC. On the morning of June 11 around 11:00 AM, I logged into my account with the username “mmaymunn” and purchased BGLs through a third-party website. I sent the payment to my friend via Papara, and my friend completed the purchase on my behalf. I spent approximately $16 USD in total. However, 1–2 hours after receiving the BGLs, my account was permanently banned for “third-party usage.”
I have experienced a similar loss before, and that previous account is still banned as well. When I contacted the support team about that case, I was not taken seriously, and now, even though I am reaching out again, I believe my account will not be reopened.
I did not receive any warning or notification either during gameplay or during the purchase process. I am requesting that this unfair permanent ban be corrected and that my account be reinstated.
