I Face Unfair Ban on Zula Despite Never Using Cheats

I play Zula and was shocked to find that my account was banned without reason. After entering my username and password, I saw a message on the screen stating that my account had been suspended. I have never used any cheats and do not even know how to use them. Even if I did know, I would never risk my account by using such unfair means.
