Requesting Review After Unfair Growtopia Automated Ban

My Growtopia account named “k*”**, which I use on the Android version, was banned by the automated system about one month ago. I was very surprised and upset by this ban, as I did not violate any rules. My account contained special in-game content, which makes this situation even more distressing for me.
I have not made any purchases or payment transactions on this account. I have not yet contacted the Growtopia support team because I believe this ban was caused by an error in the automated system. I am requesting that my account be reviewed again and that the ban be lifted.
I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
