I Face Permanent WePlay Account Ban Without Explanation and Request Review

I am writing regarding my WePlay account registered with the email address sdipshikha***@gmail.com, which was permanently banned on 30 November without any valid reason that I am aware of. I have always used the WePlay app in a normal and respectful way, and I have never used abusive language, violated the rules, or done anything that I believed could lead to a ban. I strongly believe there has been a misunderstanding or a false report against my account, possibly based on fake proof submitted by someone else. I was not given a clear explanation about what rule I supposedly violated, and this situation has made me feel treated unfairly. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed again, including chat logs and activity history, and that the permanent ban be removed as soon as possible if no real violation is found. I also request a clear explanation of the specific reason and evidence behind this ban. I would like to continue using the WePlay app, but I want this issue to be resolved fairly, transparently, and without further delay.
