Green Motion Delays My Car Pickup at Podgorico Airport and Ignores Me

Last Sunday, we went to Podgorico Airport to pick up the car we rented from Green Motion. The car was supposed to be returned at 11:30 a.m., but it wasn't delivered until 1:00 p.m. When I tried to make a claim, the agent there was rudely told I could cancel my request and rebook with other car rental agencies, and that they couldn't help me any further. Unfortunately, because it was high tourist season, I didn't have the option to rent a car elsewhere, so I had to wait an additional hour.
