Green Motion Car Rental Overcharge Complaint
Hello, I made a car rental reservation from Green Motion through the Obilet company at Adnan Menderes Airport about two months ago. On the day of rental, I went to their office to pick up the car. Later, the staff member in the office asked if I wanted damage insurance, and after evaluating, I expressed that I did not want it. The staff member then checked my Findeks score and said it was insufficient, stating that they couldn't help me. Since my family came from abroad for a holiday visit, I had no other choice but to rent a car. When I asked all the rental companies at the airport, especially during the busy holiday period from 3-5 AM, they said they didn't encounter such a problem and could provide a car. I saw that Green Motion was trying to rent out the car I reserved two months ago for X ₺ at 3x ₺ (the amount I paid to another company that night) to someone else, especially during high-demand times, with this fabricated excuse, which I have never experienced with any other company. This shows that the company acted in bad faith and tried to take advantage of opportunities in their favor, causing me great distress. Therefore, I am lodging a complaint against Green Motion.
