If Green Motion took back your security deposit because they said you returned the car late, check your rental agreement to see the exact due date and amount of time you have to make up the difference.
Find proof that you returned the car on time, like GPS logs, photos with timestamps of the drop-off, or key return receipts.
Call Green Motion's customer service right away at +44 (0) 2071864000 or email them at [email protected]. Explain your situation clearly, giving your reservation number and proof to back it up, and ask for your withheld fee to be returned.
