Free Fire Rank Dropped From Heroic to Bronze 1

I am writing regarding an issue with my Free Fire India account where my rank was automatically and unfairly deducted. While I was playing the game, my rank suddenly dropped from Heroic to Bronze 1 without any valid reason. I have not done anything wrong and I am sure that I have followed your rules of conduct. I believe that my account rank was deducted by mistake. My current Bronze 1 rank and my account details can be seen in the screenshots I am providing. My in‑game details are as follows: my player name is “anuj_057” and my Player ID is 3270138508. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, that my rank penalty be removed, and that my previous Heroic rank be fully restored so that I can continue enjoying the game fairly.
