I booked a 7-seater car from Podgorica Airport for the dates June 20–25. We arrived on time to pick up the vehicle and met the representative from Driver Rent a Car. However, we were informed that the car we had reserved was not available due to a technical issue. Instead, they offered two small cars, and requested an additional €150 per car for insurance, even though I had already paid the full amount at the time of booking. When I declined this unreasonable offer, they simply said, “You can cancel your reservation if you want,” showing a complete lack of professionalism or willingness to resolve the issue. As a result, I wasted over two hours at the airport, and this ruined the beginning of our vacation. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. unfortunatly no news from the company since almost 10 days!
